The SuperSet’s reliability, repeatability, and retrievability is provided by the tools SecureSlip^TM setting and retrieving technology.

• Most damage to liner hanger equipment can be attributed to excessive set down force on the liner top during setting or production operations and unsuccessful slip release on retrieval.
• excessive setting forces that dull, or break the slips and/or gull the casing. Secureslip^TM technology prevents over-setting through pre and post-load stacks that limit the maximum potential setting force transferred to the slips during setting, and an integral ratchet system that redirects energy stored by the liners sealing element to promote proper slip placement into the casing.
• Latches the seal into place preventing any future manipulation from accidentally unsetting the seal.

Conventional liner hangers allow the slips to ride up the cone unabated. In the event that too much pressure is applied to the liner top, the entire force is transferred to the slips and/or slip arms causing damage and liner failure.

The release and retrieval of hangers is typically hampered by slips failing to deactivate. The Secureslip^TM system provides safe and reliable retrieval by way of a unique sequential slip release system and the pre-and post loading stacks. When pulled, the SuperSet’s innovative slip design reduces the pulling force required to remove the liner.
